Proof of Income
Your latest pay stub will suffice as proof of income. It should include your employer’s name and phone number. Please have this with you when applying.
Proof of Home Ownership
Your latest home mortgage statement or house deed will suffice as proof of home ownership. You’ll need to put your name on the rent-to-own contract.
Proof of Identification
All of these suffice as proof of identification: state ID, driver’s license or military ID. You’ll also need two personal references whom we can contact easily.
Bank Account
Please provide us with a voided check with bank account number and bank routing number. We’ll use this information to verify your bank account.
Down Payment
Our rent-to-own program requires a down payment. You can make the electronic down payment using a debit card, credit card, electronic check or prepaid card.
