The Tech did not try and up sale me, he didn’t lie about the cost of the parts and labor. The Tech Gave me an itemized cost break down. Mitch was my tech, when I asked him when he could come back to do the job, he smiled and replied, I have everything I need in the truck. How does 45 minutes sound?
