They did a great job! Will recommend for future projects . My ac stopped cooling so I called the company. The technician came by within approximately 2 hour of calling the company even though their schedule was full. Was very pleased with response following initial email request for service. Was initially informed it might be later in the day or the next day, it being a Monday. Jamie was most pleasant, appearing forthright when acknowledging the possible time. I felt as if I was being heard. Thanks, Jamie. Then around 11:00 AM, I received a call from technician Rick. He actually arrived to the house before I did. Very professional in his demeanor, he quickly diagnosed the situation, and then likewise quickly repaired the compressor unit. While I was amazed with how quick he was, he merely brushed it off to 30 years in the business. Rick is The Man! We have utilized ACS for 6+ years now, and will continue to do so. While we have been pleased with other techs, we were extremely pleased with the service provided by both Jamie and Rick today. You represent the company well. Read Less
