We are glad we found Advanced Cooling Systems after our previous long-time HVAC company was bought out and sucked up by the new business model of a corporate raider. When HVAC companies with different names are all owned by the same out-of-state company and have to answer to their out-of-state number crunchers, quality and customer service suffer. That is not the case with Advanced Cooling Systems. Technicians Mitch, Eric and Chris each have been to our home for maintenance and service, and we have found them to be professional, efficient, personable, thorough and candid in their assessments and recommendations. Jackie, Jamie and the office staff are accessible and helpful. No call center or phone trees here. Just a fine company still doing business the old-fashioned way, the way it should be. ACS is awesome. We have lived in our condo for three years. Our furnace/ac unit was so loud we had to talk louder and turn up the volume on the TV. Mitch came to do an evaluation, identified the problem and saved our sanity and I think increased the value of our condo with his repair.
