Our home AC crapped out Friday evening after business hours. First thing Monday I called ACS to see if they could get me on their schedule, and within a couple of hours one of their repair techs showed up at the house. Diagnosed the problem quickly (a burnt out electrical component) and had our air conditioning back up and running in less than an hour. Very pleased with the quick response and professional service. And the part was partially covered by the manufacturer’s 10-year parts warranty, so YAY! I would highly recommend Advanced Cooling Systems! Rick Hinton was our salesperson, and he went above and beyond in ensuring we had a great system and service! He was very patient with our questions, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also delivered our AC system earlier than promised! We were without AC for days in Florida.
